Legacy Consulting and Sports Management, LLC

Legacy Consulting and Sports Management, LLC (“Legacy”) is an affiliate of Schwartz Cooper Chartered. Legacy is a consulting and sports management company formed through a joint venture partnership among Joseph Q. McCoy, Robert O. Graham II and Schwartz Cooper Chartered.  Mr. Graham is principally responsible for recruiting potential sports and entertainment clients, managing their day to day activities and creating and securing potential business opportunities. 

Mr. Graham is instrumental in ensuring that the non-legal needs of our sports and entertainment clients are met on a daily basis, including those services offered by the Sports and Entertainment Practice Group at Schwartz Cooper Chartered. 

Marketing and Public Relations

We believe that establishing a personal marketing plan is essential to enhancing the client’s visibility outside their professional arena, developing a favorable image in the country and building significantly greater recognition.  Avenues that we utilize to enhance our client’s visibility outside of their professional arena include:

(i)        Personal Appearances/Speaking Engagements

(ii)        Print Campaigns          

(iii)       Television and Radio Commercials

(iv)       Charity Events

(v)        Endorsements

Mr. Graham works with various outside marketing consultants to secure these opportunities for our clients.

Business Opportunities  

We counsel our sports and entertainment clients as though they are each their own separate and distinct business entity.  To this end we engage each client  as though they are the CEO of their company and we assist them in creating additional business opportunities for themselves with an eye toward the day when their playing days are over.  We pursue opportunities for our clients in keeping with their image and values. We work with advertising agencies, promoters, consultants and major corporations in the cities where each client is recognized to maximize their earning potential.  We further assist our clients in all aspects of their financial life, including providing advice with regard to the buying and selling of real estate, automobiles and other business assets.
