Diana Tsai’s practice areas include commercial lending and corporate law. She has represented lenders and borrowers in both secured (including asset-based) and unsecured financings, loan restructuring and workouts. In the corporate area, she has experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Ms. Tsai’s work has ranged from securing credit facilities for Transplace.com and APCOA/Standard Parking, Inc. on behalf of LaSalle Bank National Association to handling an appeal of condemnation award for Wickes Inc.

In addition to her experience in private practice, Ms. Tsai has worked for Ameritech’s legal department, in various divisions of the Argonne National Laboratory, and at the University of Chicago.

She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
