Michael Rothstein concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate.

Mr. Rothstein’s real estate clients are primarily involved with the finance, development and construction of condominiums, shopping malls, apartment complexes and office buildings. He has represented both lenders and developers in financial transactions ranging from $15 million to $200 million with respect to property located throughout the country, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin. Mr. Rothstein's largest clients are LaSalle Bank and McDonald's Corporation.

He is also a member of the Facility Subcommittee for Namaste Charter School.
