Neil Neumark focuses his practice on commercial real estate, concentrating on commercial leasing.

Among Mr. Neumark’s transactions are the completion of a 100,000 square-foot office lease for Citicorp North American at Chicago’s Citicorp Plaza and a 200,000 square-foot office lease for LaSalle Bank. Mr. Neumark represented the landlord and tenant, respectively. Other clients include Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Prime Group Realty Trust, Romanek Properties, Ltd., Lincoln Property Company and M & J Wilkow, Ltd.

In addition to his transactional work, Mr. Neumark sits on the Board of Advisors of The Commercial Lease Law Insider and has authored numerous articles on commercial leasing issues as well as co-authored the Building Owners and Managers Association Form Leases. He has also conducted numerous seminars on commercial leases and acted as instructor of BOMA RPA courses.
