Robert B. Groholski

Robert Groholski concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, primarily representing private companies and financial institutions in Federal and State Courts. Mr. Groholski's experience includes representing clients in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, fraudulent transfers, business torts, unfair competition, trade secrets and equitable remedies. He also has significant experience in representing financial institutions in litigation relating to various methods of payment utilized by businesses in international transactions. Mr. Groholski wrote "The Right to Representation by Counsel in University Disciplinary Proceedings: A Denial of Due Process of Law," 19 N. Ill. U.L. Rev. 739 (1999), an article which examined and then challenged the present state of the law and the rationale which courts have articulated in regards to the rights of public university students who face suspension or expulsion for disciplinary reasons.
