Peter Farah concentrates his practice in general corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, hedge fund, private equity and commercial lending work.

Mr. Farah has represented a broad range of public and private companies, including multinational corporations, family businesses, private equity and hedge funds, and investment banks.  His experience includes public and private securities offerings, fund formations, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, venture financings, secured financings and new business formation.

Before joining Schwartz Cooper, Mr. Farah was an associate with Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.
