As head of Schwartz Cooper's Real Estate Development, Acquisitions and Dispositions practice, Bob Davidson’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate law and general corporate and business transactions. In addition to commercial leasing and lending, he focuses on structuring, negotiating, financing and documenting real estate development projects.

Mr. Davidson regularly represents owners of office buildings and shopping centers in the leasing of space to commercial tenants, as well as sellers and purchasers of office buildings and shopping centers. During his career, he has represented ABN AMRO, MB Financial Bank, Rolm, Chubb Insurance Company, Tellabs, Executone, Apple Vacations and other companies in developing or purchasing corporate headquarters facilities and leasing space in office and industrial buildings throughout the U.S.

Mr. Davidson has conducted numerous seminars for the Chicago Bar Association, the International Development Research Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers regarding shopping center leases, tenant representation and tenant construction matters. His published articles include "Fires, Floods, Bombs and Hurricanes: Negotiating Protections for the Tenant" for the Pollina Corporate Report. Actively involved in community activities, he has served as President of Jewish Council for Youth Services and has also been a member of the boards of directors of numerous charitable and civic organizations.
