Jennifer Zlotow concentrates her practice in trial and appellate commercial litigation in state and federal courts.  Ms. Zlotow’s experience includes representing clients in matters involving breach of contract, business torts, misappropriation of trade secrets, antitrust violations, and professional liability.  In addition, she has defended consumer class actions brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act  and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  She has briefed numerous appeals before the appellate courts of Illinois and Seventh Circuit, and has briefed and successfully argued motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment in state court.

In 2006, Ms. Zlotow second-chaired a jury trial in the Northern District of Illinois that resulted in judgment for her client on all claims, including business tort allegations and theft of trade secrets.  While in law school, Ms. Zlotow successfully tried a juvenile matter at the Blum Legal Clinic.

Ms. Zlotow is conversational in Spanish and Italian.
