Joan Berg concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate development, lender representation and construction law.

In addition to representing developers and lenders, Ms. Berg has represented minority business entities on formation and qualification matters.  She also has experience with small corporation representation and title defense.

Ms. Berg is fluent in Greek.
