Bryan Sugar is a member of Schwartz Cooper’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Transactions practice group, and serves as the firm’s principal Intellectual Property Due Diligence specialist.  His practice includes administration of domestic and international trademark registration programs, intellectual property issues in acquisitions and secured transactions, and litigation and counseling involving copyrights, trademarks, patents, domain names, e-commerce, licensing, rights of publicity and rights in computer software and databases.  He also counsels banks, investors and other lenders on how to secure intellectual property as collateral in connection with loans or other financing arrangements.
