Schwartz Cooper Announces Addition of Real Estate Principal

(Chicago) – Schwartz Cooper Chartered, a leading Chicago-based full service law firm, announced today that Joan T. Berg has joined the firm as a principal in the Real Estate department.

Ms. Berg concentrates her practice in the areas of Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Development, Acquisitions & Dispositions, and Construction Law. Additionally, she continues to provide counsel to small corporations and minority business entities.

Joan Berg received her J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1991 and her B.S. from Loyola University of Chicago in 1988.
