Judge: Gitto Corp. Used As a 'Piggy Bank'Sentinel & EnterpriseOctober 12, 2006 Schwartz Cooper attorney Rick Rein was quoted in the October 12, 2006 issue of the Sentinel & Enterprise (a Leominster, MA newspaper) as part of an article reporting on a summary judgement hearing filed by LaSalle Business Credit Inc. against several former executives of Gitto Global Corp. Rein, who was LaSalle's lead attorney for the hearing, argued that two separate discussions about an approximate $17 million "hole" in Gitto Global's finances indicated that the executives involved in the lawsuit "were active participants in the conspiracy" against LaSalle.
