Back in CourtWMAQ-TV NBC 5December 1, 2005 Schwartz Cooper attorney Eric (Rick) Rein was interviewed by NBC 5 for a segment about the Conrad Black trial. Black, former head of the Hollinger International Newspaper group, is accused of stealing millions of dollars from the company. When asked about recovering the stolen money Rein said, “You are at distinct disadvantage when the fraudster has been working for years to hide his assets. You need to work quickly to locate, seize and freeze.”
