Easements and CCR's in the Commercial Real Estate Development Process

Robert Davidson, head of Schwartz Cooper's Real Estate Development, Acquisitions & Dispositions practice group, will be co-chairing a CLE seminar entitled, "Easements and CCR's in the Commercial Real Estate Development Process" on April 23.

Speakers include Joseph Podlewski, an attorney in the firm's Real Estate practice group and Elizabeth Flood, Associate General Counsel of Metra Rail. Mr. Podlewski will discuss "Environmental Due Diligence - Recent Changes in Phase I Environmental Assessment Standards." Ms. Flood will present about "Interaction of Railroads with Public and Private Development." The seminar is being sponsored by Law Seminars International.
