Ms. Kantor's presentation, "Contract Terms & Conditions: How to Identify Risks and Avoid Disasters," is intended for contractors, designers, owners/facility managers, suppliers, engineers and students. The presentation will explore current practical and legal issues in negotiating design professional and construction agreements, including risk identification, negotiating and shifting risks, addressing design ownership, and liability issues.
